Flow Yoga (Vinyasa)


Synchronise movement with breath, creating a dynamic yet meditative practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Perfect for all levels, it connects postures seamlessly, like a dance, to cultivate balance, release tension, and leave you feeling energised and centred.

Yin Yoga 


This practice is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through passive floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes. By focusing on stillness and mindful breathing, it enhances flexibility, joint mobility, and relaxation, perfect for releasing tension, calming the mind, and balancing more dynamic practices. Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking deep restoration.

Chair Yoga 


The practice adapts traditional yoga poses to be practised while seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible for all ages and mobility levels. This gentle yet effective approach improves flexibility, strength, and circulation while reducing stress, perfect for those with limited movement, office workers, or anyone seeking a mindful, low-impact practice.

Parent and Baby 


This joyful class blends gentle yoga, creative play, massage, tummy time, movement, and music in simple practical ways to strengthen your postnatal body while bonding with your baby. Designed for parents and little ones (6 weeks to 12 months), each session nurtures your baby’s development through rhythm, touch, and exploration, all while you restore core strength, ease tension, and connect with a supportive community.
